Fertility care is one of the deepest parts of my practice.
I work with people trying to conceive naturally and with those partway through assisted cycles — IVF, IUI, and frozen embryo transfer (FET) — coordinating acupuncture support around the timeline your fertility clinic has set.
For natural conception, treatment focuses on cycle regulation and preparing the body for pregnancy: supporting ovulation, menstrual regularity, and overall constitutional balance through acupuncture and, where appropriate, herbal medicine.
Alongside IVF and FET, I structure care around your protocol's phases — preparation in the weeks before a cycle, support around stimulation and retrieval, treatment near transfer day, and gentle care through the two-week wait. Herbal medicine is used selectively and always with your reproductive endocrinologist's protocol in mind; I will never prescribe anything that conflicts with your clinic's instructions.
This is emotionally demanding terrain, and I treat it that way. Sessions are unhurried, private, and adjusted to wherever you are in your cycle — and in yourself — that week.
Acupuncture is complementary care: it works alongside your medical team, not in place of it, and I make no promises about outcomes that no honest practitioner could make. What I offer is careful, individualized support at every stage.
